Instead of the usual potted succulents, this live plant offers a hand-picked specimen shipped directly from our California greenhouse and prepared for safe transit. This selection highlights why rare succulents are sought by collectors and make striking additions to interior decor. Hand picked from our Los Angeles nursery, Caralluma speciosa hybrid arrives at approximately 8–10 inches and is photographed under natural light.

• One live Caralluma speciosa hybrid, healthy and inspected in our California registered nursery.
• Size: approximately 8–10 inches at time of listing photograph; individual plants may vary slightly.
• Condition: shipped pest-free and quarantined prior to packing; soils and pots are not included to avoid transit damage.
• Care basics: porous, well-draining soil recommended (try 1:1 cactus soil and pumice/perlite); water only when soil is dry.
• Winter shipping: heat pack required if your area is below 40°F — we do not replace or refund cold-damaged plants shipped without a heat pack.

Please note that each plant is unique and color, form, and size can vary from the photos; due to shipping the plant may appear drier, softer, or lighter/darker in tone on arrival. If you prefer a specific shipping date or have special handling instructions, add a note at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate within our 3 business day preparation window. Message us with any questions before purchasing and we will advise on best practices for placement and acclimation.

• Processing: allow up to 3 business days for order preparation and quarantine before shipping.
• Packaging: plants are packed with care to reduce movement and damage; pots and soil are excluded.
• Winter policy: add a heat pack for shipments to regions under 40°F to prevent cold damage; we cannot replace or refund plants damaged by cold if a heat pack was not added.
• Communication: contact us if you need expedited handling notes, a specific ship date, or further assistance with receiving instructions.

Plant care tips and suggestions drawn from our nursery practices: introduce sunlight gradually to avoid sunburn — do not place a recently received succulent into intense direct sun immediately; consider providing partial shade in very bright locations. For a simple cactus mix, blend one part amendment (pumice, perlite, lava rock or grit) with one part cactus/succulent soil to achieve fast drainage; succulents prefer to dry out between waterings and should not sit in wet soil overnight. For cactus-type specimens referenced in our shop, hold off on watering until the plant has re-rooted after repotting and avoid watering during winter dormancy.
